Delivery availability may vary depending on courier coverage in certain remote areas. If delivery is not available in your location, our support team will inform you after reviewing your order.

After you place an order on Shoppy.com.bd, our team will:

  1. Review and confirm the order details
  2. Prepare and package the product
  3. Hand over the parcel to our courier partner for delivery

Customers may receive a confirmation phone call or message before the order is processed.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours during working days.


3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the delivery location. The current delivery charges are:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳ 80.00
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳ 99.00
  • Bogura City: ৳ 0.00 (Free Delivery)

The exact delivery charge will be automatically shown during checkout before confirming your order.

Shoppy.com.bd reserves the right to update delivery charges at any time.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the delivery location.

Inside Dhaka: 1 – 2 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2 – 3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • High order volume
  • Unforeseen logistical issues

5. Delivery Process
